You are paying a non-refundable $10.00 fee for the right to view, and potentially download and print, photos from the Texas Time Trials, taken from 5:00am to 8:00pm on 9/29/07. All proceeds will be donated to charities such as the Texas Bicycle Coalition. We will not provide tax receipts for personal IRS deductions, since you are receiving more fair-market value than the $10 donation (the IRS made these rules, not us).
We make no guarantee
or warranty that any of these photos include you or your favorite racer, or
that they are suitable for printing or viewing on your computer, or via a
third-party digital photo print service. You are paying only for the right to
view all photos taken using a web browser at your own risk, and the right to
download and print the images viewed. We suggest that most customers will be satisfied with 4x6-inch or 5x7-inch prints from these digital images, but larger prints may not print well. If you find nothing you like, you have made a worthwhile charitable donation of only $10.00.
All photos have a hidden COPYRIGHT security watermark recorded by search engines on the internet. They may not be resold or used on commercial websites due to sponsorship endorsement conflicts. Personal non-commercial website and email display is okay.
Most
orders will be processed quickly and you should receive an email to
your Google Checkout email address soon containing the authorized links
to the photos. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive your authorized links to the photos.
